Our program has been developed to educate all the employees of Delta-Thermal Services of the safety procedures and goals of this company.

It's our responsibility to provide a safe working environment for all the employees of this company and to correct any hazards as soon as management is aware of them.

It is the responsibility of each employee to follow the safety procedures outlined and to report any workplace hazards to the supervisor immediately so that corrections can be made.

We are really proud of our safety program and it shows by our low .91 M.O.D. rate.

We are also proud to have received the Associated Builders & Contractors 2008 STEP award and the 2008 Minnesota Governors Safety Award.
